We do not store data on external servers outside the MS 365 environment.

We retain information for up to two (2) years after the last user interaction to provide our services and fulfill legal, contractual, or business obligations, unless otherwise required by law.

Aggregated usage data used for analytics and service improvement is retained indefinitely in a de-identified format.

Upon request, personal data can be deleted within 30 days, unless required for legal or business obligations.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Studio does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

Because we collect data via Microsoft applications, cookies or other tracking mechanisms may apply as described in Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
