  • Business Contact Information – Names, business email addresses, job titles, and company details.
  • User-Provided Data – Information submitted through interactions with The Studio, including inputs from MS Teams and MS Forms.
  • Technical & Usage Data – Any technical and usage data, such as IP addresses, browser type, and analytics, is collected by Microsoft and is governed by Microsoft’s Privacy Policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal or business data, such as financial records, government identification numbers, or proprietary trade secrets.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • Personalize user experience and optimize service functionality.
  • Analyze trends and enhance security.
  • Respond to inquiries, communicate service updates, and provide customer support.

Data Storage

All collected data is securely stored in Microsoft 365 OneDrive, subject to Microsoft’s security measures and compliance standards.

We do not store data on external servers outside of the MS 365 environment.

6. Retention of Information

We retain information for up to two (2) years after the last user interaction to provide our services and fulfill legal, contractual, or business obligations, unless otherwise required by law.

Any aggregated usage data used for analytics and service improvement will be retained indefinitely in a de-identified format.

Upon request, personal data can be deleted within 30 days, unless it is required for legal or business obligations.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Studio does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

However, since we collect data via Microsoft applications, cookies or other tracking mechanisms may apply, as described in Microsoft’s Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
